judement of eviction or bankruptcy?

i want to know what is a better option . file foe bankruptcy or get a judgement of eviction. i wanted to break a lease in a commercial building (which the landlord said no to early termination)i have at least 4 more years left in the lease and wanted to know what is a beeter option for me. bankruptcy or just get evicted and get a judgement and hire a lawyer to litigate the judgement.
